For outdoor products, the molds are carved by robots to ensure precision, accommodating large sizes with diameters up to 2 meters. For indoor products (Diameter <600 mm), all molds are made from premium materials like composite and silicon.
Handcrafting

Reinforcement
Each product is reinforced with a layer of durable fiber mesh to add strength and longevity.
Water Curing
All the products undergo water curing throughout the process to maintain optimal material properties, ensuring the best quality.
Polishing

Determine Drop Heights
The standard drop heights often range between 1 to 3 feet (0.3 to 0.9 meters), depending on the expected handling and durability requirements
Drop Test
Drop the sample without applying any additional force, ensuring it falls naturally.
Recording
Record how the sample lands and any immediate visible damage
Damage Assessment
Inspect the sample for any cracks, chips, or structural failures after executing all the drops as customer's drop test standard.
