For outdoor products, the molds are carved by robots to ensure precision, accommodating large sizes with diameters up to 2 meters. For indoor products (Diameter <600 mm), all molds are made from premium materials like composite and silicon.
Handcrafting
Our skilled artisans utilize their expertise to craft detailed designs and intricate patterns, ensuring high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Reinforcement
Each product is reinforced with a layer of durable fiber mesh to add strength and longevity.
Water Curing
All the products undergo water curing throughout the process to maintain optimal material properties, ensuring the best quality.
Polishing
After molding, the products are polished meticulously, addressing any minor defects and ensuring a smooth finish
